I have completed M.B.B.S from Smt NHL Municipal Medical College in 1999 and in 2002 I have completed my M.S. (ENT) with 1st rank in the Gujarat University.

I have done my post graduate diploma in hospital management and applied my skills in various organizations. I have completed my further studies ( EPBM ) from IIM - Calcutta to expand my horizons in the field of management. Recently I have been awarded the degree of Ph.D in public administration from South Gujarat University for Impact of Accreditation on Quality of Healthcare Services.

I am fond of accepting challenging roles in the organization and fortunately I got the opportunities for the same to prove myself in all the organizations I served. By the virtue of knowledge, attitude and administrative drive, I could succeed in my tasks & responsibilities.

During my 14 yrs of professional journey, I have come across all the medical specialties and their requirements. Fortunately I was one of the pioneer in newly started multispeciality hospitals like Sterling Hospital, Ahmedabad, BAPS Pramukh Swami Hospital, Surat, Apple hospital, Surat. Furthermore I have developed a facilities and infrastructure designs for Apollo clinic, Ahmedabad ( Day Care Centre Project ) and Kanoria Hospital, Ahmedabad ( Trauma Centre).

My key areas of interest are Standard Operating Procedure management and accreditation of the organization, day to day operationalactivity management which gives new challenges everyday, organization's human asset development which strengthens roots of any organization and being a clinician, clinical audit is a special area where any organization would like to look in for its continuous improvement and thereby better management of patients as well as ruling out any medico legal - consumer protection act complications. I have recently completed my training for ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor Course with Gold Seal (1st rank in the batch) which again helps to establish standards in the organization and thereby maintaining quality care. I have been appointed as a Technical Expert for 4 district hospitals in Madhya Pradesh from OSS Certification for QMS audit. I have completed my 3 days NABH Implementation Programme too.

I have specially developed my vision and skills for newly establishing organization planning, strategy. I have acquainted myself for project planning, budgeting, benchmarks and operations planning, budgeting, management.

Till today I am actively involved in academics. I have supervised the plenty of projects of students from Symbiosis institute, Pune and IHMR, Jaipur. I have motivated and guided them for quality improvement projects and got institutional and national recognition too. I have designed the course for "Postgraduate certificate course in Hospital and Healthcare Management" to be started by Luthra Institute of Management, Surat too.

I have also done my "Certificate course in Industrial Health" from MGLI &NIOH which gives better understanding of industrial health, hygiene and environment. This helps me to achieve mission of preventive and curative care for all.

Besides all these, I have taken workshops for Stress Management, Stay Fit and Perform Better, Creative Communication, Preventive health for the various organizations like SPIPA (Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration), IFFCO, DGVCL, Banas Dairy, L&T, Torrent Cable, Gujarat Vidyapeeth. My area of interest is human behaviour study and managing the stress.
